There are various options for recognizing donor generosity. We maintain a flexible posture with regard to adopting tasteful and befitting acknowledgment of support that is in keeping with any preferences made known to us by the gift-giver. With that understanding, the following are among the ways in which we propose to express our gratitude to those who choose to provide us with the essential resources required to fulfill our mission .
- Prominent listing in the Showcase program distributed to an estimated 1,000 or more devotees of the book expected to attend the event;
- Appropriate sponsor imaging on our web site (blueridgebookfest.org) with optional link to sponsor’s web site;
- Inclusion in local and regional newspaper and periodical advertising, press releases, and in other promotional materials;
- Guest participation in Friday evening private reception for authors, sponsors and volunteers with opportunities for personal interaction and networking;
- Special recognition during opening program at Friday evening reception;
- Appropriately signed book by author of choice, acknowledging event support role of sponsor;
- The eternal gratitude of the team of volunteers who have provided the vision, talent, energy and determination to bring the Blue Ridge Bookfest to fruition.
